  • The teenage years can be tough not only for teens but also for their caregivers. I applaud you for seeking help for your teen here!

In the first session, I will ask you to join us to meet me and develop a better understanding of your teen and the struggles they are facing. If your teen is comfortable I will ask you to step out halfway through to begin developing a therapeutic relationship with them.

For more information please see the ‘And More’ tab at the bottom of this section.

  • In adult therapy sessions, I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely.

One of the key techniques I utilize is thought restructuring, a powerful tool for transforming negative thought patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back. By challenging and reframing unhelpful thoughts, we can cultivate a more positive and adaptive mindset, enabling you to approach life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

  • Beginning the recovery journey is hard, especially when you don’t know where to start. I’m here to help. I can provide you with step-by-step support to assist you in your recovery journey. • I’m so glad you’re here and want to provide support for your family in whatever difficulties you’re experiencing.

I will meet with your family unit as a whole, if children are involved I prefer the first session to be with both parents regardless of marital status in order to best support your family’s needs. From there we will determine how to best support you in the challenges your facing.

  • I provide parenting support to help parents navigate the challenges of raising children and adolescents. This may involve developing strategies for managing behavior, addressing issues related to mental health, and improving communication within the family.

  • I provide group therapy sessions for teens who prefer to work in a group setting. Group therapy can be an effective way to connect with others who are going through similar challenges and receive support and feedback from others who understand what you're going through.
